課程概述 |
本課程之教學目標為期使學生有系統的瞭解「優良臨床試驗規範、法規與研究倫理等相關議題，以及臨床研究護理師所扮演的角色與功能」，並增強其認同護理專業的主體性，讓新的醫療科技或臨床試驗的成果兼具科學的精準與人性化的臨床應用，提升臨床試驗與研究之品質。 |

課程目標 |
期使學生能夠
1.瞭解臨床研究護理師在臨床試驗規範下的角色與功能與基本職責。
2.瞭解執行臨床試驗或研究之合作組織或單位的組織運作。
3.具備保護受試者權益與安全的倫理思辨能力。
4.反思以受試者為中心的道德價值觀與研究倫理衝突。
5.瞭解溝通理論與技能於臨床試驗或研究情境，並完成知情同意說明。

課程要求 |
●課堂口頭報告二次（占40％）
評分重點：
1.文獻搜尋及組織統整能力50％
2.簡報技巧與表達能力30％
(簡報組織條理清楚、把握重點並具連貫性，表達時口齒清晰、台風穩健、時間控制恰當)
3.引導討論能力20％
課程主題每人進行50-60分鐘報告，討論20-30分鐘，由報告同學負責引導討論。請將課堂討論專題相關文獻，及文獻實際應用於臨床實習所遇到之問題與處理方式之討論等內容統整，以作為口頭報告，並由報告同學負責引導討論。
●期末專題報告（占40％）
評分重點：
1.文獻資料與理論知識於臨床實務的應用30％
2.批判思考能力40％
3.撰稿書寫格式請參考護理雜誌格式30％
報告專題為研究護理師與研究團隊及臨床護理人員之角色分工與協調、研究護理師之聘任與福利、研究護理師於臨床研究之倫理困境及知情同意與自主性等。
●課室討論會參與發表情形（占20％）
評分重點為主動發問並適時參與及回應問題。
●課前閱讀心得反思 (於上課前Tue.寄給老師)
閱讀至少一篇並註明出處，頁數一頁。
